Steven Fletcher

Hail, my name is steven fletcher, blackmalt on the HOD, i guess i got into rock first when i was 14, after listening to bat out of hell, then after moving to germany, my father was in the RAF, i got into ozzy and black sabbath, then one day, a friend of mine had brought hail to england to the youth club, and that was my first taste of MANOWAR.

After listening to many other bands over the years, and now in my 40's, it was a couple of years ago i bought the earthshaker dvd for my birthday, and so started the manowar revival for me, although they have always been with me, and cannot think of another band when you are needing your spirits lifted, or just a good old fashioned headbang.

Maya Khairallah

Hail all! My name is Maya Khairallah. I’m half Lebanese, half Scottish and I’m 15 years old. I live in Lebanon. I’m still growing up, in a country where being a metal head is “wrong”. Manowar was the first Heavy Metal band I heard when I started listening to metal music. It was basically Manowar’s lead vocalist, Eric Adams, who attracted me to Manowar. His voice was hypnotizing in my own opinion. He has this vibe in his voice its… far beyond words! I also loved their words, they lyrical theme and power. I even used some of their lyrics for an essay I had in school. ( I got an A - !!!!! THANK YOU MANOWAR ) haha. Whenever I feel that I’m missing something, listening to Manowar and their words always make me feel better. It’s like they give me the strength to keep going on, never look back, and fight for what I want! After Manowar, Viking Mythology was a big part of my beliefs. People would wonder where I got my interests from and they were pretty surprised to hear it was from a metal band. To those people who I know or have talked to, music means just something to listen to when you’re bored or want entertainment. To me, music sends a message. Specially Manowar and it helped me a lot. I’d really one day like to thank them face to face. It would be an honor!

Cheers Fellow Warriors, Together We Will Fight Till We Win or We’ll Fight Until We Die !!!!
